James Piatt ships to all States in the US.
Domestic shipping charges are based on the weight of the package. Priority mail usually takes 2 to 3 days to arrive.
Some of our products are made to order and may take up to 2 additional weeks to assemble before shipment. Any additional lead-time is noted on that product's sale page.
A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number of your package.
For orders outside the U.S.A. James Piatt is not responsible for any customs and import duties of the destination country. It is impossible for us to determine these charges, because every country has different fees.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from James Piatt, you are responsible for the original shipping charges.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 30 days of receipt for items that have not been used, washed, damaged or altered in any way. Returns must include the original box.
